Roger Smith is the author of eleven novels. He writes crime under his own name, espionage as James Rayburn and horror as Max Wilde.
His books have been published in nine countries and he has won the German Crime Fiction Award and been nominated for France's Grand Prix de Littérature Policière.
He was born in Johannesburg, lived in Thailand for over a decade and now lives in Cape Town.
